After finishing high school Tamás started working at the Hungarian National Television (MTV), first as a unit manager, later as a production manager. He finished the course for producers at the Film Academy and went on to become Chief Production Manager at the Hunnia Film Studio.

Soon after, he set up his own Production Company to produce Hungarian and Foreign Feature Films. The most memorable one is ‘A miniszter félrelép’, which was the most successful Hungarian film in terms of ticket sales until 2006. It was around that time that he got more and more offers to make commercials. His production business broadened and he joined up the Café Group. As the Productions and Creative Director he was responsible to develop communication strategies and campaigns.

In 2002 he has founded Café Film, part of the Café Communication, the production base of ‘Kontroll’, a film directed by Nimrod Antal. The film was a huge local success and has been distributed in several European and American countries.

As a producer and managing director, he is leading Café Film since then. Additionally, he teaches production manager classes at the Hungarian Academy of Drama and Film. He is an EFA Member since 2004.
